An Addison Group client is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at a well-established litigation-focused law firm. This role combines high-level executive support with event planning and coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment and enjoys managing both logistics and executive operations.


Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute internal and external firm events, including vendor sourcing, invitations, proposals, and event logistics

• Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating priorities for senior leadership

• Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics for executives as needed

• Oversee event setup and ensure all event details are executed seamlessly

• Serve as a proactive administrative partner by anticipating leadership needs and resolving potential scheduling or logistical conflicts

• Coordinate meetings, communications, and administrative processes that support the executive team

• Partner with HR and operations teams on firm initiatives and event planning efforts


Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in executive support, administrative coordination, or event planning

• Demonstrated experience managing executive calendars and coordinating travel logistics

• Experience planning corporate or professional events, including vendor coordination and logistics

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook calendar management

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Experience within legal, professional services, consulting, or corporate environments preferred

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
