Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support a high-volume hiring environment with a strong emphasis on recruiting. This individual will play a key role in coordinating recruiting efforts for both hourly and salaried roles while also supporting HR operations and administrative functions.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related field
  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts in a professional, industrial, or manufacturing environment required
  • Understanding of HR compliance and employment laws
  • Experience with audits including I-9 and workers’ compensation documentation
  • Experience with HRIS and/or ATS systems
  • Strong reporting and data tracking experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews, schedules, and candidate communications across multiple open roles
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and employees
  • Assist with employee inquiries and day-to-day HR operations
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and internal procedures
  • Support audits including I-9 verification, workers’ compensation documentation, and reporting
  • Generate and maintain reports related to recruiting and HR metrics
  • Assist with general office coordination and administrative tasks
