Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Friendswood, TX
Pay: $30 - $34 per hour
Benefits: Medical, 401 (k), and PTO.
Main Responsibilities:
• Process employee lifecycle transactions (hires, changes, terminations) across HR systems.
• Maintain contractor and agency worker records.
• Maintain HR data and documentation in personnel files (Physical and Electronic) and HRIS.
• Support payroll inputs, reporting, and compliance tracking activities.
• Assist with HR projects, audits, and general administrative support.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and system access with IT.
• Track employee equipment assignments and returns.
• Maintain inventory and asset tracking documentation.
• Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and employee events.
• Support general office and operational activities as needed.
Requirements and Key Competences:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of Human Resources experience (Coordinator, Generalist).
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong organizational and data accuracy skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines.
• Knowledge of HR administration and employment lifecycle.
