Job Description:

The Learning and Development Specialist will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and sustain initiatives that support employee growth, operational excellence, and organizational change.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and contribute to organization-wide development efforts in collaboration with multiple departments.
  • Build and roll out structured career progression models, mentorship opportunities, and capability frameworks.
  • Support workforce lifecycle programs including new hire integration, skills development, and leadership continuity planning.
  • Evaluate organizational health through assessments and analysis, identifying opportunities to strengthen effectiveness and workplace culture.
  • Provide development-focused guidance to leaders and staff to support performance alignment and career growth.
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to measure training outcomes and surface capability or knowledge gaps.
  • Create, revise, and manage standard operating procedures and internal documentation to support consistency and clarity.
  • Lead and support change initiatives through thoughtful planning, stakeholder communication, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and systems to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Compile and present insights, metrics, and status updates to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in committees and contribute to enterprise initiatives that span multiple functional areas.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4-5+ years of experience in corporate learning and development, or talent development
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
