Job Description
Addison Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client to support high-volume skilled trades recruiting. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across multiple trades and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment plans.
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for skilled trades positions (Equipment Operators, Installers, Electricians, Carpenters, Foremen, Superintendents).
- Manage multiple requisitions and maintain accurate candidate records in an ATS.
- Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Implement direct sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and career fairs.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, related industry in skilled trades, construction, or engineering.
- Comfortable with both agency and corporate recruiting practices.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
