Job Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume invoices, including PO and non-PO invoices, in Microsoft Great Plains (Dynamics GP)
- Perform two-way and three-way matching to ensure accuracy of invoices against purchase orders and receipts
- Review, code, and enter invoices in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Manage vendor records, including setup, maintenance, and communication regarding payment status or discrepancies
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and organized AP files and documentation for audit purposes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Great Plains (Dynamics GP)
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
