Job Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a Client Accounts Reconciliation Specialist to join their accounting operations team. This individual will support payment application,
account reconciliation, and client reporting functions in a structured, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills,
enjoys working with numbers and reconciliations, and is comfortable managing recurring deadlines in a steady-paced office setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Process and reconcile incoming payments and client account activity
* Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Support daily deposit processing and related cash application functions
* Assist with monthly account close activities and reporting packages
* Generate invoices and maintain accurate client account records
* Research and resolve payment discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
* Maintain organized documentation and assist with audit or reporting requests
* Provide administrative and operational support to the accounting team as needed
* Participate in cross-functional training and assist with additional projects when required
QUALIFICATIONS
* 2+ years of experience in accounting support, reconciliations, accounts receivable, payment posting, or related functions
* Strong reconciliation and payment application experience preferred
* Comfortable working with financial data and high-volume transactional activity
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet recurring deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
* Comfortable working in an on-site office setting
