Compensation: $50,000 to $53,000 annually

Job Description
Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Client Intake Assistant to support a growing legal team. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays an important part in delivering a seamless intake experience. The position focuses on evaluating incoming inquiries, collecting key details, and coordinating consultations while maintaining accurate data and supporting internal reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for new inquiries via phone and email
- Assess and qualify incoming leads to determine alignment with services offered
- Collect and document relevant client and case information
- Coordinate and schedule consultations and discovery call
- Conduct initial conflict checks to support intake decisions
- Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist with tracking team performance metrics and reporting
- Support ongoing system updates and user management within the CRM
- Provide basic training and support to team members on internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve intake processes and conversion efforts
Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and on a team
