About our client:
Addison Group is partnering with a growing electrical services company that is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to support their Leander office. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and enjoys being the first point of contact while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly.
Job Description:
The Bilingual Receptionist will serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff. This position requires a friendly, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable managing phones, coordinating communication, and supporting general administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems and office records
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Assist with day-to-day office coordination and operations
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
1–2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional and confident phone presence
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Reliable transportation and ability to work fully on-site
Stable work history preferred
Additional Details:
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
100% on-site in Leander office (5 days/week)
