About Our Client:
Addison Group frequently partners with professional organizations across the Dallas area that require short-term receptionist coverage. These opportunities can range from 1 day to 1 week or longer, and often come up with little notice. We’re building a pool of reliable, polished candidates who are ready to step in and represent our clients with professionalism and a great attitude.
Job Description:
As a Receptionist on a coverage assignment, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Your role is essential to ensuring a welcoming and organized front office, while supporting general administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and assist with sign-in procedures
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail or packages
- Perform light administrative support such as data entry, filing, or calendar coordination
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new office environments and systems
- Punctual, reliable, and polished appearance
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general office equipment
Additional Details:
- Assignments vary in length (1 day to 1 week or more)
- Most roles are fully onsite
