Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position will serve as a key point of contact for customers and will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer orders, parts, and requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding parts, orders, availability, and other product-related inquiries.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders and parts.
- Communicate with customers professionally and effectively through email and phone.
- Enter and maintain purchase orders, parts, customer information, and related order details accurately in SAP.
- Utilize company systems and databases to track orders, customer requests, and product information.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve order, shipping, inventory, and parts-related issues.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing customer and order information.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and customer requests while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure customer needs are addressed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of customer service or inside sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SAP or Salesforce.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
