Job Description
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an experienced HR Generalist to support a dynamic and fast-paced Human Resources team. This position will provide Benefits and broad HR support across multiple locations, serving as a resource for employees while assisting with benefits administration, compliance, reporting, and a variety of HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support benefits administration, including annual open enrollment and responding to employee benefit inquiries across multiple locations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to leave programs, including FMLA, leaves of absence, and parental leave.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure HR programs and services are administered effectively.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports, perform data analysis, and reconcile HR-related information for accuracy.
- Provide support across various Human Resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll assistance, compensation, talent development, investigations, and other HR initiatives as needed.
- Partner with operational leaders to provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices.
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years of Human Resources experience; 5+ years is preferred.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms, such as ADP or similar systems.
- Background supporting employee benefits administration.
- Experience responding to employee questions related to HR policies, compliance, leave administration, and employee relations.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including reporting and data analysis.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience using ADP.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
