About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with our client, a leading media and advertising organization, to hire Competitive Coordinators supporting political advertising operations for the 2026 election cycle. This team works in a high-volume environment focused on tracking campaign advertising data and supporting media operations nationwide.
Job Description:
The Political Operations Coordinator will assist with organizing, maintaining, and distributing advertising and campaign-related data for internal teams and external partners. This position requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-oriented environment. Candidates should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, digital file management, and cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize digital libraries and tracking documents related to advertising campaign activity
• Update and manage spreadsheets containing campaign and market data with a high level of accuracy
• Process incoming reporting information and ensure documentation is filed correctly
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to verify or clarify missing information
• Respond to requests regarding campaign reporting and access to shared resources
• Assist with troubleshooting issues related to reporting files and shared systems
• Support special projects and operational initiatives related to political campaign tracking
• Ensure all records, naming conventions, and data files remain organized and up to date
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning new software platforms and proprietary systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in administrative support, operations, customer service, media, communications, or data-focused environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Additional Details:
• Start Date: Monday, June 8th
• Candidates must be available to attend training beginning on the start date
• Compensation increases to $20/hour after completion of 400 worked hours
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship through November 2026
• Hybrid schedule with 3 in-office days per week
• Contract assignment expected to continue through November 2026
• Any pre-planned time off should be disclosed during the interview process; no time off will be approved during the initial training period
