Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience supporting reporting, tracking, and administrative functions preferred
  • Manufacturing industry exposure is a plus
  • Candidates with strong administrative backgrounds and excellent interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply

Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Customer Experience Coordinator for a growing organization in the manufacturing and technology space. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while supporting both customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of service and accuracy.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hybrid schedule available (3 days onsite / 2 days remote), though candidates should be comfortable working onsite full-time if business needs require it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage incoming customer requests and inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer records, updates, and communication logs within the CRM system
  • Prepare customer quotes and assist with service-related documentation
  • Partner with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely follow-up
  • Generate reports and track customer activity as needed
  • Support ongoing customer communication with professionalism and urgency
  • Prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
