Our client is a nationally recognized, With rapid growth and a strategic shift moving commission plan ownership into the Compensation function, they're adding two Compensation Analysts to a lean, collaborative team where your work will be seen, valued, and directly tied to how tens of thousands of employees get paid.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute monthly sales commission calculations (short-term incentive plans) across multiple plan types for a large, distributed workforce — high impact, high visibility work
  • Support long-term incentive administration including annual bonus cycles, equity grants, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • Lead core compensation functions: market pricing, benchmarking, job grading, and job description analysis across a complex, multi-tiered organization
  • Maintain, audit, and analyze large-scale compensation datasets spanning 20,000+ employees — accuracy and integrity are everything here
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Compensation leadership on incentive accruals, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Leverage advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, complex formulas) and third-party salary market data platforms to drive analysis and deliver actionable insights
  • Support HRIS data integrity and reporting; Workday experience is a plus

Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years of compensation analysis experience with demonstrated exposure to incentive or commission plan administration
  • Advanced Excel proficiency — VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas are a daily tool, not a checkbox
  • Hands-on experience with third-party salary market data tools (Salary.com, MarketPay, or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to manage and analyze large, complex datasets with precision in a deadline-driven environment
  • HRIS experience preferred; Workday a strong plus
  • Sharp analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven work style
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
