Job Description:
The Talent Inclusivity Ambassador will champion inclusive hiring initiatives and workforce development programs. This role partners with internal teams, community organizations, and program participants to create accessible employment pathways and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and support initiatives that increase workforce accessibility
- Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, training programs, and stakeholders
- Guide candidates through the employment process, offering support and resources as needed
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify opportunities for inclusive talent placement
- Assist in developing and delivering training focused on diversity, equity, and workplace inclusion
- Track program outcomes and prepare reports on participation and success metrics
- Ensure alignment with program standards and compliance requirements
- Promote awareness of inclusive workforce programs through outreach and engagement efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Services, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in workforce development, DEI initiatives, recruiting, or community engagement
- Strong understanding of inclusive hiring practices and accessibility considerations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Passion for nonprofit work and advancing inclusive employment opportunities
