Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Representative, Data Operations & Compliance to join an experienced compliance reporting team. This role is a mix of customer service, data processing, and problem-solving. Day to day, you’ll help with data and file questions, review information for accuracy, enter and update data, and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data but is also comfortable picking up the phone and communicating directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers using web applications and services.
- Help with file and data questions, including errors, warnings, inaccurate information, and submission schedules.
- Review and process data files to make sure information is accurate and meets data and compliance requirements.
- Answer questions by email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Document interactions and requests in Salesforce.
- Follow up on open questions and work with internal teams to find solutions.
- Partner with internal teams and leadership when additional support is needed.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and other department activities.
- Provide feedback on training and learning programs.
- Build positive relationships with internal and external customers through clear and professional communication.
- Learn new processes, share ideas, and adapt as priorities change.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
- Experience entering and managing information in databases or web-based systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable reviewing, auditing, reconciling, or identifying errors and inconsistencies in data.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn and follow established processes and procedures.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree required; a combination of education and experience, including military service, will also be considered.
Additional Details:
- Start date: October 12
- 1–2 weeks of onboarding and training.
- This role will primarily support data files and processing.
- This is intended to be a temporary assignment, with potential to extend based on business needs.
- No overtime is permitted for temporary employees.
- Candidates must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace for remote work.
