They are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support a busy team during a temporary leave of absence. Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience from order placement through resolution of inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while working in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process customer orders and maintain order information within the company's CRM/ERP system.
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, order updates, shipping, returns, and general account inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions or partnering with internal departments when escalation is needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and account activity.
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Build product knowledge to confidently assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Contribute to process improvements by sharing customer feedback and identifying recurring issues.
- Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of customer service experience supporting a product-based business.
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is preferred.
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems along with Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
