Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations with a strong focus on accurate data entry and record management. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information in a structured environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and update electronic and physical records and files
- Enter and process documentation such as forms, reports, and compliance-related paperwork
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Prepare and submit routine reports in a timely manner
- Support light administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide front-desk and receptionist support, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Reliable attendance and strong time management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a steady-paced office environment
