Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist for a full-time, direct hire role to support our client’s billing and collections functions. This position is responsible for maintaining efficient processes across the revenue cycle while ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims Processing: Submit approximately 100 claims daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Denials Management: Research and follow up on insurance denials, aiming to fully resolve issues to prevent repeat follow-ups.
  • Collections: Focus on insurance collections, with the potential for patient collections as the team evolves.
  • Payment Posting: Accurately post payments and close accounts once fully processed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in full-cycle billing; dermatology billing experience is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Apple products and G Suite; must have experience in electronic (paperless) billing environments.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to thorough account management with minimal need for repeat handling.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email correspondence.
  • Mindset: Growth-oriented, proactive problem-solver who is self-sufficient and seeks continuous improvement.
