About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with our client, an active real estate investment organization, to identify a Sales Assistant to support their acquisitions team. Due to increased deal flow and outreach efforts, the team is looking to bring on someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and supporting early-stage business development efforts.
Job Description:
The Sales Assistant will help drive outreach efforts by connecting with property owners and introducing the organization’s services. This role involves a high volume of daily calls, maintaining organized contact records, and supporting the acquisitions team by identifying potential opportunities and scheduling follow-up conversations. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and energized by relationship-building conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 50–65 outbound calls daily to property owners, including owners of residential properties and mobile home communities
- Initiate conversations to introduce the organization and gauge potential interest in future opportunities
- Build rapport with contacts and identify individuals who may be open to learning more
- Schedule meetings or follow-up discussions for senior team members when appropriate
- Document call outcomes, notes, and relevant contact information in Excel
- Maintain and organize outreach lists, ensuring contact information is accurate and up to date
- Track outreach activity and help manage early-stage lead information
- Provide administrative support related to outreach tracking and contact management
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, business development, or a similar role
- Exposure to the real estate industry strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging with new contacts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
