Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Wayne, PA
Assignment Type: Contract (6–8 weeks) with potential for extension or temp-to-perm
Compensation: $30 - $32 / Hour
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours/week, overtime as needed)
On-Site or Hybrid: Fully On-Site

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of internal roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication between candidates and internal teams
- Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS/HRIS) and candidate pipelines
- Drive hiring processes forward with consistent follow-up and sense of urgency
- Facilitate background checks, employment verifications, and compliance steps
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and professional communication
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain organized documentation
Requirements:
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition coordination
- Ability to manage high-volume recruiting and move candidates efficiently through the full hiring process
- Strong candidate screening and interview coordination experience
- Experience working with ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office/Teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
- Industry background preferred: Financial Services, Corporate, Professional Services, or similar fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
