About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an on-site Administrative Assistant. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a structured office environment providing daily administrative support to multiple departments.


Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for organizing internal communications, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting departmental operations. This role involves handling routine office tasks, coordinating information flow, and assisting in improving administrative processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and route incoming mail and email to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, reports, and filing systems.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and internal correspondence.
  • Support team operations by coordinating tasks and following up on action items.
  • Collaborate with staff to improve administrative efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Background in a professional services environment is a plus.
