Summary
Our client is seeking a systems-savvy Stock Administrator to support the administration of global equity programs during a period of organizational transition and process evolution. This role will partner closely with Equity, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure accurate processing of equity transactions, reporting, and compliance activities. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly operational, requiring someone who can learn quickly, navigate ambiguity, and work effectively within evolving processes and systems.

Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day stock plan transactions including grants, vesting, exercises, releases, and dispositions
- Maintain equity administration systems and ensure accuracy of employee and transaction data
- Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and Legal teams to support reporting and compliance processes
- Assist with employee communication related to equity compensation programs
- Support global payroll reporting, tax reporting, and annual compliance filings
- Prepare equity grant documentation and reporting for internal stakeholders
- Reconcile data between equity systems, payroll, and HR platforms
- Assist with process improvements, documentation, and scalable workflow development
- Support SOX controls and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Learn and adapt quickly within an evolving environment where processes and SOPs continue to develop
- Work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively in a largely remote environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of stock administration or equity compensation experience
- Experience with Shareworks strongly preferred, or similar
- Systems-savvy with the ability to navigate and learn new platforms quickly
- Experience supporting equity administration within a fast-paced public company environment preferred
- Strong understanding of RSUs, ESPP administration, and equity transaction processing
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems such as UKG, ADP Workforce Now, or SuccessFactors is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on data accuracy and data hygiene
- Ability to work through ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality output
- Comfortable operating without fully mature SOPs or heavily structured processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a collaborative remote environment
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Ability and willingness to complete a brief take-home assessment including written responses and a basic Excel exercise focused on systems awareness, problem solving, and data accuracy
- CEP coursework or certification is a plus
