About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with a global Medical Device organization, to hire an Customer Service Coordinator to support international order processing and operational execution. This team-focused environment values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Job Description:
The role supports the full cycle customer service process from order entry to delivery for international customers. The role hours are late shift: 130-10pm Sunday through Thursday. This role works closely with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams to maintain service levels, resolve issues, and support operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily order processing activities across assigned regions while balancing priorities and deadlines
- Oversee the full order lifecycle, including order entry, coordination of shipments, and invoicing accuracy
- Partner with internal teams and external contacts to resolve order-related questions or issues
- Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Take ownership of open orders, special requests, and process-related initiatives
- Provide backup coverage to support team continuity as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or operational support
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- MS Office, SAP or Salesforce, CRM/ERP experience required
- Able to work Sunday-Thursday 130-10pm
