Pay: $20-22/HR

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Temporary HR Support Specialist to join our critical HR team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a vital role, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment and onboarding processes during a crucial period. What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from pre-screening candidates, coordinating interviews, issuing offer letters, and meticulously overseeing the onboarding journey from acceptance to start date.
- Administrative Excellence: Execute thorough administrative follow-up to ensure all pre-employment requirements, including document collection and compliance, are met efficiently.
- HR Support: Provide essential HR administrative assistance, including answering phones, managing and filtering the HR email inbox, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Process Adherence: Focus on the precise execution of established processes, contributing directly to our team's productivity and seamless workflow. This is a task-oriented role where your ability to follow instructions and deliver results is paramount.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications):
- Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on HR experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates from the healthcare industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency with Paylocity is highly desirable. While familiarity with other ATS/HRIS systems is a plus, direct Paylocity experience is prioritized for immediate impact.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, a proven ability to quickly learn and adhere to established processes, and a direct, efficient communication style. You must be a self-starter who thrives in a task-oriented role and can execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Education: Some college coursework is required; an Associate's degree is preferred. An HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a significant advantage
