Compensation: $45,000-50,000

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-5

Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff. This role is critical in creating a positive first impression while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and visitor access as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff as requested
  • Handle basic data entry and filing
  • Order and manage front office supplies

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred, not required
